Business Development Intern-India

Job Summary
As a Business Development Intern, you will be expected to work five days a week and be in full-time contact with your supervisor. You will work closely with the Business Development Department to create effective, professional relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. Training will be provided to have a thorough understanding of our product and pricing structure.


  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs

  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

  • Planning the overseeing new marketing initiatives

  • Conduct market research on customers, schools & organization

  • Assist in the drafting of proposal attachments, such as charts, tables, and graphics

  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling and taking notes during meetings

  • Weekly presentations to management will be expected



  • Bachelor’s Degree or above

  • Strong oral communication skills in English and Chinese

  • Strong cross-cultural, communications and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Energetic and strong team player

  • Self-motivated and outgoing personality

  • Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability

  • Experience with insurance or healthcare related industry is a plus
